From Pasture to Garden Paradise

Our client, CeCe Ray, had a vision to turn her pasture into a beautiful garden space. The Rooted Garden team was thrilled to be a part of this incredible transformation.

It starts with a vision. Imagining what’s possible is one of our favorite aspects of partnering with our clients to create a garden space.

The Rooted Garden team spent a week in Montgomery, Texas bringing this garden to life.

The garden was designed to coordinate with Cece’s goat house and chicken coop. We chose the garden materials to match the existing structures.

CeCe has a very large family. There will be a lot of visitors to this outdoor escape, but there are some guests who are not invited to the garden - deer! As part of the garden design, we created a custom designed deer fence.

The deer fence is not only functional, it’s a beautiful accent to the space.

Gardens are dynamic, and we had a few road bumps getting this garden up and growing. Planted in the spring, the plants struggled during the hot, dry months of May and June. You’d never know it now!

After troubleshooting and making minor adjustments, this garden showed off even during a record-breaking hot summer in our area. Many thanks to CeCe for allowing our team to make your vision for your space a reality.
